The head of the non-governmental organization “International Diplomatic Humanitarian Mission” of the OSCE in Ukraine, Petro Shpuhanych, has received the credentials of the Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Guatemala in Kyiv, having been appointed as Trade Attaché. His consular district covers the entire territory of Ukraine.
