Non-governmental Diplomatic Humanitarian Mission
The OSCE is considered an international organization, as it carries out international activities in cooperation with the “International Diplomatic Humanitarian Mission” of the OSCE in the Slovak Republic (file number: SVS-0VS3-2021/035821; registration number: VVS/1-900/90-62488). Therefore, its activities extend not only to Ukraine but also to the countries of the European Union. The OSCE IDHM has its representatives in Ukraine, the countries of the European Union, the United States, Canada, and Australia, which defines it as an international organization.
Representatives of the non-governmental organization “International Diplomatic Humanitarian Mission” of the OSCE do not have exemptions or privileges regarding deferral from mobilization.
