Due to the fact that the OSCE Monitoring Mission is currently unable to carry out its humanitarian functions in Ukraine, this humanitarian mission has been taken on by the non-governmental organization “International Diplomatic Humanitarian Mission” OSCE in Ukraine from the first day of the war.
With the support of the government organization Bundestag of Germany’s Global Security Sector Reform Foundation, the Head of the “International Diplomatic Humanitarian Mission” OSCE, Petro Shpuhanych, together with the mission representatives: Oleksandr Popovych, Erika Popovych, Serhiy Lovas, Ivan Korposh, Yuriy Adaev, and representatives of the public organization “Voyatska Faita of the Silver Land,” visited the orphanage “My New Family” and delivered a large amount of humanitarian aid.
