The non-governmental organization “International Diplomatic Humanitarian Mission” OSCE, represented by the Head of the Diplomatic Mission, Petro Shpuhanych, and the curators of humanitarian projects in the Zakarpattia region: Oleksandr Popovych, Serhiy Lovas, and Ivan Tovt, visited the orphans in the city of Vynogradiv to congratulate them on Easter and provided Easter cakes and various food packages for the holiday.
