About the organization
Petro Petrovych Shpuhanych is the founder of the International Diplomatic and Humanitarian Mission of the OSCE, a Ukrainian public and diplomatic figure, philanthropist, and lawyer. He holds the position of Attaché at the Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Guatemala in Ukraine.
His work focuses on the development of humanitarian and business cooperation, the protection of human rights, the provision of legal assistance to citizens, as well as the strengthening of international diplomatic relations.
Throughout his professional path, he has had the opportunity to engage in fruitful cooperation with Mykola Hryhorovych Malomuzh — a Ukrainian military leader, former Head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine, General of the Army of Ukraine, and Adviser to the President of Ukraine in 2010–2014.
As a result of this collaboration, Petro Petrovych acquired prudence, resilience in the face of any challenges, and a profound understanding of the social processes taking place in the country.
The non-governmental organization “International Diplomatic Humanitarian Mission” of the OSCE is headquartered in Ukraine (registration code: 44056953), in accordance with Article 1 of the Charter of the OSCE IDHM (as amended on 25.03.2021). It is registered under the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations, the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations, the Law of Ukraine “On the Diplomatic Service,” the Convention on the Privileges and Immunities of the Specialized Agencies of the United Nations, UN Resolution 288 (X) of February 27, 1950, relevant international legal acts adopted in accordance with them, and its own Charter (Article 1 of the OSCE IDHM Charter)
